Finally Received my toothbrush

I've finally received my toothbrush and 10 toothbrush heads that I ordered in February. It feels really good quality and my teeth feel super clean after using it. It had 4 different cleaning options and has a 2 minute timer. It also has wireless charging which is good. I refused to buy a plastic electric toothbrush due to the damage to the environment so I am really pleased about this product being on the market finally.

My toothbrush took 3 months to come, despite them telling us it would be dispatched at the end of February. I did start doubting this company and thinking it was a scam due to previous reviews and the prolonged time it was taking, however I decided to trust them and be patient. I understand that it is a new product and a new company and they have bitten off more than they could chew. The company definitely has some teething problems that need straightening out, but if you be patient the toothbrush will come. I constantly messaged Bambooi through their Facebook page and Sophie gave me prompt and honest responses at every step of the way.

I feel sorry for this company because they have already been tarnished due to these problems and due to a Chinese company ripping off and selling their design. I really hope you guys can straighten out the kinks in your company and make a good name for yourselves again.

I'm a bit dissapointed about the box not having seeds in like discussed before, however I understand that this was a proposed idea rather than an absolute thing they planned to do.

Again I hope you guys can get on top of everything and make a good name for yourselves again, the dream is there, however the resources not quite yet.

A simple recommendation for the toothbrush is that maybe you could make the toothbrush heads different colours so that more than one person can use the toothbrush and identify which head is theirs.

Also, unique is spelled incorrectly on the information sheet you receive with the toothbrush.

Bamboo Cotton Buds

I purchased these for my husband who uses a different cotton bud on a daily basis, I wanted to get him into using something more sustainable. However, he found these too small on the bud end and felt that the bud itself could possibly come off, so he has decided not to use them for now. I have tried them out myself, although it is not something I would use on a regular basis, I found them fine.

Reusable Make up Remover Pads

I have purchased just one pack to try out. The work well in the morning when I use a wet one to remove my cleanser and another dry one to soak up my toner. In the evening I use the toner one again to add micellar water to cleanse. Wash well too. Only negative comment regarding the stitching is that it does sometimes feel quite hard.

BAMBOO HAIR BRUSH

I have bought two of these, one for myself which I am using on a daily basis. It not only looks good but does a great job of detangling my hair as I brush. The other one will be for my granddaughter who has long hair, we will try it out on her next weekend. Great size.
